FORMING AN UNDERSTANDING
Forming an understanding of one another is the first step to creating a successful connection. Our tutors take the time to understand each student's interests, stronger areas and areas that may need assistance. We want to ensure that the parent, student, tutor and teacher are actively involved in understanding the student's wants and needs.

BUILDING A CONNECTION
Building a connection through understanding is an essential start to the tutoring journey. Comfortability allows the student to tutor relationship to develop and essentially thrive.

CREATING GOALS & TARGETS
Goal and target setting allow students and tutors to understand what they are aiming toward. These don't have to necessarily be grade related, but can also be organisational or attitude related! This allows student, tutor and parent to be on the same page about goals to aim toward.

Good work ethic, confidence, time management, and organization are skills that go well beyond a student's twelve-year schooling journey, and even beyond university.
These skills are important to implement into our approach to strive for long-term success in our student's lifestyles, even beyond schooling.
Our mission is for our tutors to focus on building a solid foundation, relationship, and mentorship with their students which allows them to thrive.
Tutors will develop a mentoring relationship with their students by engaging and further developing their skills whilst assisting them in their own curriculum work.
By maintaining a safe and comfortable working environment, tutors provide the opportunity for growth...

WHY WE CARE
We love running this business because we have a passion for seeing students feel good about their education - we understand the struggle and pressure that comes alongside school.
We want them to know that with adjustments, the school can get easier and with that, their overall schooling experience can only get better.
Our attitude varies from others, in that our goal is to improve our student’s confidence and attitudes toward education.
We don’t aim to put more pressure on our students to achieve higher grades. We understand the unique stress and intensity that comes with schooling these days, we are here to aid that stress and to improve confidence, rather than push an extensive workload.
This is because we know from experience that once a student feels confident, their grades will improve!
UNDERSTANDING OUR STUDENT'S EDUCATIONAL JOURNEY IS THE KEY TO NAILING THEIR TUTORING EXPERIENCE.
Mindset and understanding each individual's learning style is key to what our tutors want to tap in to.
We put an emphasis to communicate to students that prioritising a healthy balance between school life, home life and most of all, their mental wellbeing should be a priority through it all.'
Putting pressure on students is not what we are about, we can mentor and help get the best results by being kind and understanding individual needs.
We love being able to relate to students and trying to make them understand that they aren't alone in their journeys.'

We know how busy parents' lives get, especially throughout the school term. Between work, home, school drop-offs, and pickups you don't have time to fill the role of being your child’s teacher as well.
Partnering with one of our tutors and creating a network of support will give parents exactly what they need:
less stress, a more confident child, and quality free time for families.
We take on the burden of keeping up with homework and assessments and allow parents to do what they do best all while giving students more confidence, self-esteem, and greater confidence at school.
